If you don't have a customer account yet, you must register first.
All customers who already have an account automatically participate in the Loyalty Program.
How can I collect points?
For every € you spend, you'll receive 10 points. There are also other ways to collect points, such as referring a friend or subscribing to the newsletter.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can see your points balance on the Loyalty Dashboard and in your customer account.
Which items can the automatic discount be applied to in Silver, Gold and Diamond levels?
The automatic discount, which is deducted at checkout, generally applies to all items.
Where can I find my one-time discount and my permanent discounts?
You will receive your individual codes automatically via email. Also check your spam folder for emails.
Does my discount expire after x days?
No, even if you reach a higher tier, you stil keep your One-time discount.
How can I use my permanent discount?
It´s automatically deducted from the price as soon as it is in the cart.
